From March through May 2020, Operation Feed Brooklyn raised $145,000 from the community to support local restaurants and local healthcare teams, and we made an impact.

 

Begun on March 19, 2020, Operation Feed Brooklyn, organized by Michelle Zassenhaus, arranged community-funded meal deliveries from local restaurants to covid-19 frontline workers in Brooklyn, NY.  

 

We served 16k+ meals to teams at Maimonides, SUNY Downstate, Brooklyn Methodist, Kings County, NYU Langone, and Woodhull Hospitals.
